The Goodwin is Renewal Housing’s third homeownership development project in Portland serving middle income households and first-time homebuyers. The company’s first two projects were Onejoy and West Port Lofts, both located in the West End Neighborhood. Renewal is majority owned by Leon N. Weiner & Associates, a Delaware-based a multifamily housing developer founded in 1949.
