Available for sale:

Off-street private parking spaces

Private storage lockers

If a unit owner purchases one of the vehicle storage options above, the space will be deeded to the unit owner’s condominium at closing.

For the price conscious, vehicle storage is unbundled from the cost of a condominiums and there is no requirement to purchase any of the options listed above. For these owners, you can still take advantage of the following options:

• Lease an off-street parking space from Port Property Management at a nearby parking lot. Long-term lease options are available.

• Use one of three bike storage areas on the property;

  • Interior, secure bike room

  • Private exterior bike racks located behind The Goodwin

  • Public bike racks installed on Grant Street in front of The Goodwin

Or, as a resident of The Goodwin, you can receive a City of Portland parking sticker that allows you to park on street for free anywhere within Zone 6.
