What is The Goodwin?
The Goodwin is a new-construction condominium development in the Parkside neighborhood. The project consists of 23 units that are purposefully designed to focus on the things that you value the most.
The Goodwin delivers all the must-haves you expect in a new home – like air conditioning and energy efficient systems – and even some wish-list items you thought might be out of reach, like sleek stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and beautiful hardwood floors.
